Each division of our company has a trained and experienced supervisor who is held to a very high standard.

Our president Dave Johnson is also a mechanic who oversees maintenance and repairs all of our equipment and trucks. He also has taught horticulture at the local career center. Recently he partnered up with the Geauga County Juvenile court and provided the resources and land for youth rehabilitation in the way of gardening and has been the recipient of multiple local awards. 

Leading our construction division is Lance Fay who has over 30 years of experience with landscape construction. He is very well versed in nursery stock and has the knowledge to identify and treat disease in plant material. 

Gene, manages our Material Division and is very conscientious of our customers needs and is always willing to go above and beyond to provide the best material and delivery possible. Gene has been with us for over 30 years and is a key part of what makes us Mapledale.
